This restaurant is Japanese traditional cuisine. We have very fresh sushi and Teppan food, such as lobster steak and shrimp. Also, you will have fun at the Teppan table with our chef. You have to come in and experience our sushi - it's fantastic!
Appetizer Favorites
- Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura or Gyoza Dumplings
- Sesame Chicken - I just love these bits of chicken, marinated in wine, battered and deep-fried to a golden brown.
- Any of the traditional individual sushi, hand rolls, sashimi or large rolls make for good starters, as well.
Signature Entrées
- The combinations for lunch or dinner are the way to go, and look for the Korean BBQ (galbi & bulgogi). For dinner, try the #8 with salmon teriyaki, shrimp and vegetable tempura served with miso soup, salad and steamed rice.
- The Crunch Roll - A favorite from the sushi bar, this awesome roll includes tempura shrimp, cucumber, avocado, special sauce and is topped with crunchy tempura flakes.
- Any of the teppan grill dinners, especially the combinations. Teppan dining is great for birthday parties!
